Your eSIM is ready

We're opening the eSIMzio app so you can install it. If it doesn't open automatically, tap below.

Open in eSIMzio

Don't have the app yet? Download it on the App Store, then reopen this link.

Install in a few taps

1. Open the app

Tap "Open in eSIMzio" above. Your eSIM appears under My eSIMs.

2. Install over Wi-Fi

Tap Install and follow the steps. The download needs a stable connection.

3. Turn on data abroad

Installing isn't the same as activating — your plan starts when you turn on data at your destination.

No service or no data? Fix it in a minute

Travel eSIMs join local networks as roaming lines, and after a phone restart iOS sometimes routes data to the wrong line. Your data package is unaffected — work through these steps in order:

1. Point mobile data at the right line

Settings → Cellular (Mobile Service) → Cellular Data → select your eSIMzio line while you're abroad. If it's set to your home SIM (or a disabled line), the whole phone can look offline even though both SIMs are fine.

2. Turn Data Roaming ON for the eSIMzio line

Settings → Cellular → tap your eSIMzio line → Data Roaming ON. Travel eSIMs need this switch on — without it your phone shows no service or no data. It won't cause roaming bills on your home SIM.

3. Re-register on the network

Toggle Airplane Mode on for ten seconds, then off. If that doesn't do it, open the eSIMzio line and switch Turn On This Line off, wait 30 seconds, and switch it back on.

4. Pick the network manually

Settings → Cellular → your eSIMzio line → Network Selection → turn off Automatic and choose a local network. If one network refuses to attach, try another.

5. Last resort: reset network settings

Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings. Your eSIM profile and data package are kept (you'll need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords). Never delete the eSIM profile — a deleted travel eSIM usually can't be reinstalled.
